The pulse bag type dust collector has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency, simple structure, easy replacement of filter bags, high dust concentration at the inlet, and low emission concentration at the outlet. It is now the mainstream dust removal equipment for cement plants.

1. Compressed air contains more oil and water

If the compressed air contains more oil and water, it is easy to cause cylinder water accumulation, pulse valve leakage, pneumatic triplet over-pressure reduction and cylinder two-way valve not working. Therefore, the quality of compressed air is the key to the stable operation of the gas box pulse bag filter. To deal with this problem, install a freezer gas dryer at the air compressor outlet, or install a gas filter with a replaceable filter element at the inlet of the dust collector tank, periodically discharge the water and check the pressure difference of the gas filter, when the pressure is lost. Replace the filter element when it reaches 0.1~0.15Mpa.

2. Electromagnetic pulse valve leaks

Electromagnetic pulse valve leakage is a common fault of the air bag pulse bag type dust collector. The cause of this failure is: (1) the air pressure balance hole of the electromagnetic pulse valve is blocked; (2) the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is damaged. At this point, all the pulse valves of the dust collector are not working, the pressure of the wind pack is rapidly reduced to zero, the cylinder is closed, the pressure difference of the dust collector is continuously increased, and the ventilation volume is rapidly reduced. Electromagnetic pulse pressure balance valve hole clogging mainly caused by two reasons: (1) did not rust iron and slag and other foreign matter in the duct clean air duct installation; (2) contains more air and grease water. To handle the leakage of the electromagnetic pulse valve, we can first open the drain valve on the gas storage tank and let her blow it for 10~15min to discharge the foreign matter such as rust and welding slag in the pipeline; at the same time, we can close the leakage electromagnetic pulse valve. The front ball valve (or shut-off valve). Open the electromagnetic pulse valve and check whether the diaphragm is damaged. If it is damaged, it must be replaced. Then check the air pressure balance hole to ensure smooth flow. Finally, install the electromagnetic pulse valve in the reverse order of disassembly to solve this problem.

3, the filter bag is damaged

Damage to the filter bag is also a common failure of the air bag pulse bag type dust collector. In general, if there is a parking opportunity, we should replace the filter bag in time. If the conditions are not allowed and only the individual filter bags are damaged, we can take the following measures: (1) manually close each chamber poppet valve in turn, observe the dust collector chimney, if the chamber's poppet valve is closed, the chimney dust emission is significantly reduced. It indicates which chamber is damaged; (2) close the pulse valve and poppet valve in the room where the broken bag is located, open the inspection door to determine the number and position of the damaged filter bag; (3) remove the broken bag, and use the cover to open the flower plate hole Block the dead, or directly smash the broken bag mouth; (4) If the filter bag is damaged in a small area, you can also use the new filter cloth of the same material to make up the rag. The hole filling method is to stick with the silicone rubber compound. In addition, as long as the use temperature and chemical properties of the binder are compatible with the process conditions.

4, the lift valve works abnormally

The abnormal operation of the poppet valve is mainly manifested in: (1) the valve plate is detached; (2) the cylinder does not move or the movement is not in place. (3) The valve plate is mainly off because the position adjustment of the valve plate on the cylinder screw is slightly lower. When the cylinder runs to the bottom dead center, the valve plate is seriously deformed. Over time, cracks appear around the center hole of the valve plate, causing the valve plate to fall off. The treatment method is very simple, that is, the valve plate position is adjusted upwards, so that when the cylinder runs to the bottom dead center, the valve plate is slightly deformed (3~5mm). If the cylinder does not move, the vent hole of the two-position five-way valve may be exhausted or the inside of the two-position five-way valve may enter dust or foreign matter, causing the spool to fail to move. We can wash with oil or kerosene and lubricate with grease. Attention must be paid to the loss of internal small parts during cleaning, in accordance with the method of disassembly and disassembly. Most of the cylinder movement is not caused by internal cylinder failure, mainly due to water accumulation in the cylinder and air leakage from the cylinder piston. The accumulated water in the cylinder can be drained by moving the piston up and down several times according to the exhaust valve on the upper and lower caps of the cylinder and the manual valve of the two-position five-way valve; when the piston leaks, the cylinder is opened. Replace the seal on the piston.

5, pneumatic triplet pressure loss is too large

It is difficult to judge the pressure loss of the pneumatic triplet because the pressure gauge of the pneumatic triplet is in the middle of the pneumatic triplet. It does not correctly display the pressure of the compressed air after passing through the pneumatic triplet, that is, the working pressure of the cylinder is not correctly displayed. . The fault manifests as follows: the upper and lower movements of the cylinder are slow, and sometimes under the tension of the negative pressure of the exhaust fan, the individual poppet valves cannot be opened, causing the pressure difference of the dust collector to increase or periodically change. If this problem occurs when driving, it will cause negative pressure at the outlet of the dust collector, no negative pressure at the inlet, all the poppet valves will be closed, and the pressure of the collector of the dust collector is normal. We can solve the problem by cleaning the pneumatic triplet and modifying the pneumatic triplet.

Under normal circumstances, mainly because the compressed air contains more oil stains and water to cause the filter in the water cup to plug, we can clean the filter. However, we found that the pressure loss of the pneumatic triplet oil cup is much larger than the pressure loss of the water cup. We can find two pneumatic triplets of the same type and connect the two water cups to the two sides of the pressure regulating valve, so that the pressure loss can be A lot less, and through the filtration of 2 cups, the oil and water content in the compressed air is also significantly reduced.
