In case of incomplete cleaning of the bag filter, the following three aspects should be checked:

1. Check the dust bag for damage.

2. Whether the internal injection system of the pulse valve, cylinder, and electric control cabinet is operating normally and stable.

3, check the external air source, the treated flue gas if there is an increase in the amount of water, flue gas and other factors.

After conducting a thorough inspection, perform targeted maintenance or remedial measures based on the problems that have been checked.

If the user finds that the dust collector has unusual conditions during the cleaning process, the machine should be immediately stopped for a thorough inspection.
