Flue Gas Purification Process of Domestic Waste Incineration Plant

At present, the flue gas purification of waste incinerators in China mostly adopts dry and semi-dry purification processes. The semi-dry purification process is to add the alkaline reactants in a liquid form, and the products of the neutralization reaction are collected in a solid form, and the combination form is generally a "spray reactor + bag filter". The semi-dry process can not only achieve higher pollutant purification efficiency, but also has a simple process compared to the wet process, no wastewater needs to be treated, and low investment and operating costs, and is widely used in foreign countries. This process is currently used in two large waste incineration plants in Shanghai.
