Transmission

2. Scraper chain

3. Chute

4. Safety device

(1) Insurance pin protection device. The connection between the drive sprocket and the sprocket of the main shaft and the main shaft is transmitted through the safety pin. When the load on the main shaft exceeds the allowable specified value, the safety pin is sheared and broken, so that the motor is idling and the conveyor stops working to achieve overload protection.

(2) Friction plate protection device. The friction plate of the SGD-11 type is installed in the decelerator. When the machine is overloaded, the inner and outer friction plates in the reducer slip, which stops the conveyor and achieves the purpose of protection.

5. Tight chain device

Adjust the tightness of the scraper chain.

6. Shift device

7. Coal blocking board and shovel
