2. Heating: After operating for one hour at room temperature, if the temperature rise of the motor is found to be too high, it may be caused by one of the following reasons:

a The system's resistance is too large or the fan's matching is unreasonable, causing the motor to run overloaded. The reason is that the valve's resistance coefficient is too large or the valve's coefficient valve is not open.
b The motor bearing is damaged, the clearance is small and does not meet the requirements;
c The motor is in phase-failure operation or wiring error; d The power supply voltage is too low.

Bag type pulse dust collector has the following characteristics:

(3) When the operation is flexible, and the concentration of dust in the inlet gas changes greatly, the dust removal efficiency is not greatly affected; (4) The structure is simple, and the utility model has the advantages of flexible use, easy recovery of dry materials, and no sludge treatment.

Factors affecting the dust removal effect of bag filter

(1) Selection of filter bags: The filter bags should be made of materials that are resistant to high temperatures, glass fiber/felt, NOMEX, needle felt, P84 needle felt, etc., taking into account the abrasion resistance, high temperature and durability of the filter bags. Costs and other factors, the general selection of copper industry NOMEX needle felt.
(2) Temperature control: Generally, the temperature of the NOMEX filter bag is 200 °C, so the inlet temperature of the processing facility should be controlled below 200 °C. When the flue gas passing through the long smoke pipe reaches the dust collector box, the temperature can be reduced to Below 200 °C, under special conditions, it can be water-cooled and coolers installed at the total smoke pipe.
(3) Fan selection: The induced draft fan is better than the blower.
(4) Mechanical dust removal is more convenient and clean than artificial dust removal, but the cost of mechanical dust removal is high, and pulse dust removal methods are mostly adopted.
(5) Leakage and resistance: theoretically, the dust collection efficiency of the bag-type pulse dust collector is 99%, but it cannot be achieved in the actual measurement, mainly due to the effects of air leakage and resistance. The lower the air leakage rate is, the better the dust removal effect is; Have a certain influence, often empty filter bag, reduce resistance, can improve the dust removal effect.
(6) The dust cover should be as close as possible to the burner, so that the dust can be more easily entered into the cover, increase the amount of dust collected, and reduce unorganized emission pollution.
(7) Equipment maintenance: equipment and cloth bags are easy to be damaged. Bags should be repaired and replaced in time.
(8) Airflow speed: At a flow rate of 1 to 3 m/s, the dust removal effect is best, and the general wind speed is controlled at 2 to 4 m/s.
(9) Filter area: The larger the filter area, the higher the dust removal efficiency, but the cost will increase accordingly. Therefore, the air volume should be calculated in advance, and then select the corresponding dust collector model.
(10) Secondary dust removal: The sedimentation chamber is installed in front of the dust collector box to form secondary dust removal. The settling chamber can remove a part of the large particle dust, lower the temperature, and reduce the dust collector pressure.
